Customer Service Manager
This position is responsible to lead the Customer Service Team in representing our product to customers, manage customer orders, contracts and relationships, coordinate team-selling strategies with our outside sales team, and contribute to continuous improvement in our Customer Satisfaction process. The qualified candidate will have prior customer service and/or industry related experience, a minimum 4 years managerial experience and 4 year college degree desirable. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
Inventory Analyst
This position is responsible to develop demand forecast (operation forecast) for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning team. Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, analyze statistical forecast models and evaluated forecast results. Implement, use and maintain demand planning and inventory optimization software. Organize and manage monthly S&OP meetings with business partners and provide input to the planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products and product phase out. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business, supply chain (logisitics) or equivalent, minimum 2 years related experience. Knowledge of Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) software, MS outlook and application emphasis on excel, strong analytical/quantative skills, solid decision making, and 2 years experience in similar role to demand/forecasting/supply chain analyst/financial analyst and SAP knowledge preferred. This position reports to the Logistics Manager.
Dock Coordinator
This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse dock activities, assist with the scheduling of dock personnel and handling customer service inquiries; assist warehouse personnel with delivery, scanner and inventory issues; coordinate workflow to accomplish daily targeted goals. Physical requirements consist of lifting up to 70 lbs when needed. Willingness to work flexible hour work weeks, including weekends, nights and holidays with a majority of the work times spent on your feet and desire to work in a fast-paced an energetic environment. The qualified candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 years related experience, equipment certification. This position reports to the DC Operations Coordinator.
Valve and Filter Assembly - Generalist
This position is responsible for building and reconfiguring products using schematics, prepares assembly products for shipment to customers, completes detailed production and inventory information and submits for completion. The qualified candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum 3 years relevant experience. The candidate must be mechanical inclined and experienced in operation warehouse equipment. This position reports to the Planning and Assembly Coordinator.
Material Resources Operator
This position is responsible for the coordinated movement and delivery of resin, recycled resin, and recycled materials in Manufacturing - Production. Physical requirements consist of lifting 70 lbs. when required, with a majority of the work time spent on your feet. Desire to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment required. The qualified candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, and equipment certification. This position reports to the Logistics Supervisor.
Production Supervisor (Rotation Shift)
The Production Supervisor plans, directs, and controls the activities of a production shift under the authority of the Production Manager. The Supervisor leads rotating shifts on a 24 hour, 7 day per week schedule. The Supervisor regularly directs the activities of 10 to 20 regular Netafim employees as well as a number of contract employees. The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining safety, quality, and process standards. The qualified candidate will have a BS degree in technology, business management, or equivalent and minimum of five years working as a supervisor in manufacturing. This position reports to the Production Manager.
