Quality/Returns Specialist
The position of Quality/Returns Specialist is responsible for inspection and receiving of incoming returns. Organizes product for inspection/disposition, manages non-conforming inventory and works with management to implement Quality Process Improvement programs. The candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 years related experience, equipment certification; forklift, reach truck, order picker; and must be proficient using Microsoft Office software or equivalent applications. This position reports to the Warehouse Coordinator.


Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor plans, directs, and controls the activities of a production shift under the authority of the Production Manager. The Supervisor leads rotating shifts on a 24 hour/7 days per week schedule. The Supervisor regularly directs the activities of 10-20 regular Netafim employees as well as a number of contract employees. The qualified candidate will have a BS Degree in technology, business management, or equivalent degree desired and minimum of 5 years working as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment. This position reports to the Production Manager.


Extrusion Technician | Mon-Fri  8am - 4:30pm  | Work week may vary based on operational needs
Our Extrusion Technicians will partner with Production planning, engineering and maintenance departments, meeting a high demanding customer schedule. Our Technicians are responsible for the success of newly appointed and hired employees joining the team. Planning, directing, scheduling, and setting up lines according to the production schedule, and meeting customer demands. Our qualified candidate will have 2-5 years experience in Production or Manufacturing environment or equivalent experience. The physical demand of this position requires extended periods of standing and walking in and around the production facility. Other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Extrusion Supervisor.


Customer Service Specialist
This position is responsible for providing high levels of service to our valued customers in such a way as to foster the development of long lasting patnerships. CSR's provide professional, friendly service in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment. Provide 'Voice of Customer' feedback to the organization and develop positive working relationships cross-functionally that promote teamwork and Proactive problem solving to meet customer's product, logistics and service needs. Create and develop relationships with customers through professional and friendly phone and e-mail support. Entry and management of customer orders and returns accurately and efficently in the ERP system so that the organization is successful in meeting customer needs. Accurately convey detailed technical product and logistics information via phone and e-mail. Management of opportunities for improvement into the ERP system. Coordination and implementation of sales strategies with the Sales and Marketing Team. The qualified candidate will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field is desirable. 3 years previous customer service and/or industry related experience a must prior experience with irrigation or related technology is highly desirable. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.
