This position is responsible for distribution activities that are conducted in accordance with established policies and International Standards Organization 9001 while maintaining a safe, clean and productive work environment. This position must work well with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results. Operate RF devices, perform forklift and other material handling equipment operations as needed and in compliance with the forklift training and safety guidelines and must perform various physical duties. The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent in English good verbal and written skills and perform basic mathematical calculations. Minimum qualification 2 years related experience, be able to lift up to 55 pounds, have the ability to work flexible hours including overtime and stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours or more per day. Distribution Center (DC) Site Leader (One open position for the Peach Ave. DC and one open position for the Home Ave. DC)
The position of DC Site Leader maintains the accuracy of the distribution site system inventories by processing relevant transactions in the company's operation system and refining processes and procedures to continuously improve accuracy and efficiency. This position also reviews the detailed requirements of printed sales orders and translates into effective and efficient shipping activity. This position is accountable for all personnel assigned to their DC site, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, safety, discipline, performance reviews, time and attendance. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a lead/supervisory role, equipment certifications (forklift, reach truck, order picker) knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with WMS, LEAN, and ISO 9001 highly desired. This position will report to the Manager of DC Operations.
This position will research, plan, and design in-house machinery, direct and coordinate activities involved in fabrication, operation, applications, installations, and repair of these devices. Additionally, providing technical support to the production line engineering group. The qualified candidate will have a BS degree in mechanical engineering; CAD systems experience, 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, and demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting components. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
Marketing and Administration
This position will lead, coordinate, and manage industry trade shows, dealer/distributor/grower events and Netafim University workshops. In addition, you will work collaboratively and support other internal marketing activities which may include fulfillment of customer literature requests, management of dealer/distributor master lists, CRM system, coordination of marketing related mailings, and assistance with the development of sales support materials. The ideal candidate will have experience working on trade shows with heavy emphasis on event coordination, is able to follow-up on multiple tasks simultaneously, strong organization and attention to detail and able to work independently. This position reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager.
This position performs administrative support activities for senior management. The position interacts with all levels of the organization including the parent company in Israel. Primary duties of this role are managing day-to-day activities of the executive office, projects and special assignments, logistical travel and guest arrangements, planning and facilitating meetings and events for the company, and preparing correspondence, reports and presentations. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in an administrative role, confidentiality and discretion, approachability, customer oriented appropriate for a support role, and well developed computer skills with MSOffice. This position reports to the President & CEO.
