Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Eastern Region
The position of RSM is accountable for Netafim's sales and profitability in designated geographies for Agriculture and Greenhouse/Nursery markets. Manages District Sales Managers (DSM) activities to achieve company growth through distribution and end-user sales activities. The qualfied candidate will have a degree in a technical field (i.e., engineering, agronomy, etc) or equivalent in related experience in the Agriculture sector. Prior dealer and/or end-user experience with irrigation or related technology is highly desired. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing, AG Division.
Receivables & Collection Technician
This position is primarily responsible for invoicing customers. The primary goal of the position is to accurately invoice customers and to include freight in accordance with the company's freight policies. Essential duties include, but are not limited to, processing credit/debit notes, responding to customer requests, collection activity, and processing monthly statements. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a business setting; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable. This position reports to the Credit Manager.
Material Logistics Lead (Sat - Wed 12:00am - 8:00am)
This position is responsible for assisting with all resin movements in and out of the production area from railcars downstream to the day-bins. Coordinates with the Logistics Supervisor in all railcar movements. Responsible for the Mgf. yard maintenance and employees, manages all recycled materials movements for In-house and field flakes and pellets, cardboard, plastic, purging, drippers, stretch wrap, and trash. Prioritizes work load, operations and manpower. This position leads the production logistics team. A necessary number shifts of Pelletizer lines, peripheral logistics persons, yard maintenance persons, recycling material movement persons, and rework operators. Manages new logistics employees, orientation, employee safety training, activites and tasks assignments, employee skills training and reports. Physical requirements consist of lifting 70 lbs. when required, with a majority of the work times spent on your feet and desire to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment. The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English; good verbal and written skills, and have equipment certification. This position reports to the Logistics Supervisor.
Production Supervisor (Rotation Shift)
The Production Supervisor plans, directs, and controls the activities of a production shift under the authority of the Production Manager. The Supervisor leads rotating shifts on a 24 hour/7 days per week schedule. The Supervisor regularly directs the activities of 10-20 regular Netafim employees as well as a number of contract employees. The qualified candidate will have a BS Degree in technology, business management, or equivalent degree desired and minimum of 5 years working as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment. This position reports to the Production Manager.
Maintenance Technician (Tue-Sat 12:00am - 8:30am) Schedule may change as business needs dictate
The successful Maintenance Technician will perform PM's on all extrusion lines in this state of the art manufacturing plant. They will develop and revise existing maintenance procedures and facilitate repairs for all of the production lines, facility equipment, and systems as assigned. They will work with cross functional teams on production improvement projects, and will manage the spare parts inventory management system. This candidate will provide production and facility support, conducting all repairs, including infrastructure and facility equipment. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years maintenance experience in Production or Manufacturing environment. The physical demands of this position requires extended periods of standing/walking in and around the production facility. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Production Material Handler
The position of Production Material Handler supplies required product to and from production lines. Prepares, verifies, and receives product from production plant to storage. Associates may be assigned to work in any department as necessary (appropriate training will be conducted) and perform various physical duties. This position must be able to work at a fast pace, have excellent attendance, lift up to 70 lbs. (using proper safe lifting) stand and walk continuously for up to 12 hours per day and work well with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results. Shift is on a two week cycle. The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 2 years material handling experience, basic math skills, fluent in English, and good verbal and written skills. This position reports to the Shipping Coordinator.
This position of Assembly Coordinator accesses the demand for bagging, filter and valve items and then directs the needed resources to efficiently complete needed tasks. Coordinates the day-to-day resource requirements to complete necessary activities; the job duties also include building of valve and filters, responsible for reviewing, investigating and closure of notification assigned to team. Trains, implements and ensures the proper use of the Netafim USA ISO 9002 Quality System within the team. Assures approved Assembly Department procedures and methods are followed. Maintains accurate physical inventory. The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and minimum 3 years related experience. Fluent in English, good verbal and written skills and the ability to work flexible hours including overtime and stand for long periods of time. In-conjunction with the Logistics Manager, this position will participate in team member performance and development requirements. This position reports to the Logistics Manager.
