This position is responsible for distribution activities that are conducted in accordance with established policies and International Standards Organization 9001 while maintaining a safe, clean and productive work environment. This position must work well with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results. Operate RF devices, perform forklift and other material handling equipment operations as needed and in compliance with the forklift training and safety guidelines and must perform various physical duties. The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent in English good verbal and written skills and perform basic mathematical calculations. Minimum qualification 2 years related experience, be able to lift up to 55 pounds, have the ability to work flexible hours including overtime and stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours or more per day. The Material Planner is responsible for the timely planning, scheduling of receipt and sufficient inventory levels of the products and services as assigned or as appropriately conclude with a requisitioned. This position will organize and implement, with direction from the Logisitics Manager and/or Director of Operations, inventory management strategies, such as reductions of obsolete/discontinued inventories, inventory transfer between plants to meet customer requirements and expected service and inventory levels. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in material planning/purchasing; or the equivalent in on-the-job experience, knowledge of material resource planning, MS Outlook and Excel, ability to communicate, verbally and written, solid decision-making and analytical skills. This position will report to the Logistics Manager.
This position plays a key role within our sales and operations planning and supply chain processes. Responsibilities include translating demand forecast information into an inventory supply plan that ensures operational and financial success for the company. This position is responsible for maintaining a strong working relationship and communication directly with the global planning team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of operational manufacturing experience with an emphasis on MRP, supply chain, and production planning. Strong ability to communicate, verbally and written, and work professionally with people at all levels of the organization. Solid decision making, analytical and organizational skills required. MS-office proficient, advanced Excel skills. This position reports to the Logistics Manager.
Customer Service Specialist
This position is responsible for providing high levels of service to our valued customers in such a way as to foster the development of long lasting relationships. CSRs provide professional, friendly service in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Provide 'Voice of Customer' feedback to the organization and develop positive working relationships cross-functionally that promote teamwork. Proactive problem solving to meet customer's product, logistics and service needs. Create and develop relationships with customers through professional and friendly phone and e-mail support. Entry and management of customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently in the ERP system so that the organization is successful in meeting customer needs. Accurately convey detailed technical product and logistics information via phone and e-mail. Management of opportunities for improvement into the ERP system. Coordination and implementation of sales strategies with the Sales and Marketing teams. The qualified candidate will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in related field is desirable, 3 years previous customer service and/or industry related experience a must and prior experience with irrigation or related technology is highly desirable. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.
