Operations

Plant Supervisor (Netafim Recycling)
The position of Plant supervisor is responsible to plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for safely producing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. This positon must possess Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, organizational and planning abilities with analytical and problem solving skills are needed. Must be a self-motivated, result-oriented, and hands-on individual with the ability to see the big picture and develop a productive efficient team. This position requires a minimum of five or more years’ experience supervising production. Experience in performing general and preventive maintenance. Working knowledge of: Standard shop equipment and Electrical/Mechanical trouble shooting skills, High energy level required. Potential for extended periods of standing/walking in and around the production facility. Potential for long periods of sedentary computer data analysis. Under some circumstances, will be required to be “On Call” for this 24/5/260 production facility. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations. 

Production Material Handler (Recruiting for 2 positions)
The position of Production Material Handler supplies required product to and from production lines. Prepares, verifies, and receives product from production plant to storage. Associates may be assigned to work in any department as necessary (appropriate training will be conducted) and perform various physical duties. This position must be able to work at a fast pace, have excellent attendance, lift up to 70 lbs. (using proper safe lifting) stand and walk continuously for up to 12 hours per day and work well with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results. Shift is on a two week cycle. The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 2 years material handling experience, basic math skills, fluent in English, and good verbal and written skills. This position reports to the Shipping Coordinator.

Maintenance Technician
The successful Maintenance Technician will perform PM’s on all extrusion lines in this state of the art manufacturing plant. They will develop and revise existing Maintenance procedures, and facilitate repairs for all of the production lines, facility equipment, and systems as assigned. They will work with cross functional teams on production improvement projects, and will manage the spare parts inventory management system. This candidate will provide production and facility support, conducting all repairs, including infrastructure and facility equipment. The qualified candidate will have, 2+ year’s maintenance experience in Production or Manufacturing environment. The physical demand of this position requires extended periods of standing/walking in and around the production facility. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. 

Assembly Coordinator
This position of Assembly Coordinator accesses the demand for bagging, filter and valve items and then directs the needed resources to efficiently complete needed tasks. Coordinates the day-to-day resource requirements to complete necessary activities; the job duties also include building of valve and filters, responsible for reviewing, investigating and closure of notification assigned to team. Trains, implements and ensures the proper use of the Netafim USA ISO 9002 Quality System within the team. Assures approved Assembly Department procedures and methods are followed. Maintains accurate physical inventory. The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and minimum 3 years related experience. Fluent in English, good verbal and written skills and the ability to work flexible hours including overtime and stand for long periods of time. In-conjunction with the Logistics Manager, this position will participate in team member performance and development requirements. This position reports to the Logistics Manager.
