SHIPPING COORDINATOR (Hours: 9:00 am-5: 30 pm, M-F)

The position of Shipping Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the scheduling of warehouse personnel, activities and handling of customer service phone calls and emails. Assist warehouse personnel with delivery, scanner, and inventory issues. helps coordinate the processing of customer orders. Coordinates workflow to accomplish daily-targeted goals and handles general employee inquiries. This position will assist the Operations Coordinator in accomplishing overall business objectives. Material handling equipment certification APICS certification preferred. This position reports to the Operations Coordinator.

DISTRIBUTION CENTER OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (DC HOME)

The Distribution Center (DC) Site leader is responsible for implementing tactical initiatives which drive functional excellence and budget achievement. The DC Site Leader ensures adherence to all accident prevention programs and leads the assigned DC’s operational programs to ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, operating regulatory, accounting, and quality standards. He/she is responsible for maintaining the distribution center site located on Home Ave. Is accountable for all personnel assigned to their DC site; including but not limited to hiring, training, safety, discipline, performance reviews, time and attendance. Qualifications – a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 5 years related experience in a lead/supervisory role, equipment certification (forklift, reach truck, order picker). Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel or equivalent software application. Distribution/Warehouse Operations – must understand Storage, Handling, and Packaging, preservation and Delivery systems and functions. Interpersonal – the ability to develop the Team environment to accomplish specified goals. Communication – able to effectively communicate in a variety of situations to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience with WMS, LEAN, ISO 9001. This position reports to the Distribution Manager.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD

This position is responsible to partner with the Customer Service Manager in leading the Customer Service Team in representing our products to customers, managing customer orders, creating relationships with customers, partnering with the other Netafim functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction and contributing to continuous improvement of the customer experience with Netafim. A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Previous customer service and/or industry related experience in a leadership role. Knowledge of lean principles helpful. Fluent in English, Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.
