Engineered for efficient operation year after year with practically no maintenance.

Plastic rings stack together creating a cylindrical filter element. During filtration, the rings are compressed together effectively filtering the water and protecting the system from clogging. Works well as a stand-alone unit or combined to form modular filter batteries. Available sizes 3/4” to 6” with mesh (micron) ranges from 40 to 200.

Why Manual Disc Filters?


Manual Disc filters utilize flat, grooved plastic rings stacked together in a cylindrical filter element. This provides greater holding capacity as filtration is performed through the entire ring depth and not just the surface. All disc filters utilize this proven depth filtration technology which increases efficiency and protects the system from clogging. Degree of filtration is easily changed - just replace disc rings with desired mesh size.

  • O-Rings: EPDM Rubber
  • Clamp: Stainless Steel (except 2″ Dual Lite and 3″ Twin Lite which is Plastic)
  • Filter Body and Cover: Reinforced Polyamide (except 2″ Dual Lite and 3″ Twin Lite which is Polypropylene)
  • Temperature Range: -40° to 160° F
  • Maximum Pressure: 115 and 174 psi
